is that flag backwards? because it seems unless you flip it, the stars will be on the wrong side when turned horizontal

ninjastatus, the flag is displayed correctly. the stars are always supposed to be in the upper left corner, no matter how one hangs the flag. it is either upper left corner, or the side of the flag facing forward (towards the wind/battle/future). so the flag on the right arm of a soldier would have the stars in the upper right corner.
