I wonder if the "Public Chair" has anything to do with a prank I read about on cockeyed.com. They placed two chairs with starbucks logos on a street corner in San Francisco and visitors monitored their use. There are a number of responses on the site where people visited the chairs throughout the year.

I like the top pic the best.
That store has something for everyone. Women can get their nails done and men can get their photos developed in one hour, and perhaps get a BJ while they wait.

hallo also ich hab den public chair an der domplatte gesehen. da kam auf einmal son nigga und schreit da den dom voll xD ich weiß ich poste auf deutsch MIR EGAL xDDDDD ja den haben wir überall mit hingenommen bis wir ihn auf einmal irgendwo abstellen mussten :( HEEEEEEEEEEEUUUUUUUUULLLLLL
