York Avenue (formerly Avenue A), Upper East Side
Why can't anyone spell "premises?" The laundromat where I go in Queens allows "No smoking on these premisis." Nice pictures, as always.
Historic preservation indeed. Enjoy the way you single out the small stuff and make the huge stuff seem beautifully small.
What's the story behind the mansion in the second to last photo? Links?
That "mansion" is an abandoned smallpox hospital: Renwick. I never put up my photos from the time I explored it last year.
Haven't we seen that old man before?
Our sunburnt friend was also seen here. Please pardon the duplication.
the "don't walk" hand actually look friendly, like he's waving hi.. who knew all it'd take are balloons.
I love that guy! I'm so glad he has made a return to SL!
He's back and he's cropped :-)
Great pics, especially the old man suntanning. =)
Once again, great photos!
Video Audio monitoring in these promies - should read 'promises' - "I love you hon" will never be an idle remark again
