Soho. Does anyone know what this is advertising?

Atlantic Avenue, Boerum Hill, Brooklyn

Tribeca. The Port Authority security guard pictured claimed that photographing the Holland Tunnel ventilation building was illegal and that the police would take my film. The Port Authority has not yet responded to my request to provide the section of law they claim applies. Keith had a similar experience at the Lincoln Tunnel.

Breezy Point, Queens

Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. Teresa has fallen on hard times.

Times Square
the R* logo is advertising for RockStar Games, the makers of Red Dead Revolver and Grand Theft Auto.
On the other hand, the top portion of the first image here is of course the LG Electronics logo and tag line. See www.lge.com/about/corporate/html/corporateidentity_bi.jsp for examples and corporate propaganda blather....
thanks, jake.
R* and Kong pics are really quite clever.
For what it's worth, I work for Rockstar Games, and I check this site pretty much every day :) Great pictures!
Midwest Dairy! On 141st St.
Family values in The Bronx. I wonder where they keep the cows.
I'm guessing that the PA cops didn't actually confiscate your film. How did the security guy feel about your taking his picture?
Note how the Playpen has kept the neon Twin Towers. It is actually an old vaudeville house, the Cameo; and two cameos can be seen on the front of the building.

Ooh, that would be nifty if they were advertising the field R^*. All the reals, all the time, just without that pesky non-invertible 0!
mike....you and kevin walsh are veritable heroes for the expatriot new yorkers in hawaii. as beautiful as it is out here, your pictures make me homesick. Go figure.
R* is so great ------ I always wanted a t shirt with their logo on it, and I thought GTA london '69 was the best one!! Clever advertising
coochamachooga mofos!
