i really like the pix of people. you dont often have them in your shots and once or twice i've seen an arm or other body part and i found it shocking. (well, mildly shocking) after all the inanimate stuff.

i've never been down there, it appears there is very litte if no drainage. are you completely covered in water and mud when you make it home?

what a surprise to see people in these pictures! they are really great--you have an eye for capturing humanity as well as the urban environment.
