The New-York Look

05/12/04

A visitor to this site, posting as "The Manager," inexplicably writes: "Hey everybody, I like how you are always coming on this website! But from now on you must leave a comment or two. If these rules are broken then your computer will shut-down!"

I do value comments highly, whether they're positive or negative, but a virus threat is a bit extreme.

I have a couple of photos on display through Sunday at Participant Inc., 95 Rivington Street, as part of psy.geo.CONFLUX.

Hey, when you walk in front of me with typography that bad, you're asking for it.

Ah yes...the old, "look what she was wearing...she was asking for it" excuse!

How about some pictures of fancy shopping streets! New York is more than urban decay and strange signage.

Um what is Satan's Laundromat? Are you trying to say that there is something wrong with the New York Look? Yes it's tres expensive, but it's like any high end merchant - don't hate! Just don't go in.

I work for this company and I hate the times new roman font bags, the name of the company is awful an embarrassing, it should be called "The New Look" or something. They carry some really great designers but sometimes the idiots who own the business get a really great deal on some higher quality knockoff and it is equally embarassing. Great place for shoes, bags and many other clothes, great suits, dresses, classics, and as much as I find some of the latest trends rather sordid and distasteful, and quite unflattering, we carry all that too... Too bad that most of the employees have lost much of their intelligence due to "Deer standing in the middle of the roads with headlights shining in their eyes" syndrome. The owners are tyrants, and mind manipulators. It truly is Satans Laundromat HAHAHAH
