Cop: Why are you taking a picture of a mailbox?
Me: There's no law against taking pictures in public.
Cop: I know that, but why are you taking a picture of a mailbox?
Me: It's not a mailbox. See?
Cop: (looks at sticker that says "Syringes Only! No Mail")
Cop: Why would you want a picture of that?
Me: I'm weird.
Cop: (shrugs, walks away)

Hehe, I was almost approached by a cop yesterday. I was taking pictures of a power generating plant. But in your case, I like your answer "I'm wierd". I think I will use that if questioned by a cop. :-)

diggin your stuff. i've used the same weird line many times.
Some cop downtown asked me about taking pictures of buildings and random things. Then he followed me and my friend for a block. Kinda creepy. "I like France."
