Times Square
I love the wooden door with 149 on it. Very uh..woodie! ;-)
how were you able to take the pictures of the cops? it has to be hard and im sure they get suspicious..what do you tell them if they approach you?
I figure it's Times Square, they're used to it, and besides it's my legal right to take pictures of them.
The only time they've actually stopped me for taking pictures, it wasn't pictures of cops. Story here.
Were you really stalking the woman going in to her apartment, and has anyone seen her since?
I like this set. I like the giraffe. The 149 is neat because it's slightly off-kilter. I think it matches will the from-the-hip aesthetic that pervades your site.
I would've preferred the last shot if there was something that was clearly unblurred to focus on, but nothing's perfect.
Also, I'm still trying to decide about the phone booths. I certainly keep looking at it, which is a good sign in any case.

Thanks for the comments.
I LOVE these. How do you get your night shots to come out so perfect? mine are always grainy, overexposed, or too dark.
The trick is that Times Square at midnight is about as bright as most other places at noon. It's especially impressive coming down 7th Avenue from the 50s at night when it's snowing -- it's like walking into a cloud of a million fireflies.
damn good pics. bravo
Dude, is Geoffrey CRYING?????
