If you're like me, you never get tired of spectacular views. Some eye candy, from 16 Court Street:

Lower Manhattan

Midtown and Manhattan Bridge

Steam rising from Midtown, LES, Williamsburg Bridge

Metrotech building and downtown

Gothic building and Midtown

awesome shots. that's so funny you were taking these from 16 Court yesterday - I was a few doors down (same block or one block north) admiring these same views from a client's space.

great sunny day for taking these!

I've always said it; New York is the Byzantium of our era. Can you think of another city that holsds such a grip on everyone's imagination? No excess, no luxury, no crime, no beauty , no talent is too extreme but that we implicitly believe it exists in New York

Really nice. I'm always looking for rooftop views and asking friends if I can go up to the roof to get some pictures.

I hope to see NY this spring. Have never been there before. Your pictures are great!

These are stunning images. I particularly like the second image - it gives a real sense of the space and majesty of NY.

A relative of mine operated a business in
16 Court St. for many years--#1009.
I worked there from 1984-85.

The windows faced north, and we had that
wonderful view of the Manhattan Bridge,
Empire State, etc. (You captured this in
your 2nd pic).

An ugly building, but it gives beautiful views!
