The red bird is a rooster (notice the comb on his head?) The white bird is a hen. Both are chickens. Gee wiz don't you people know your animals? Turkeys are huge and have those ugly thingeys hanging from their necks.

Errm, "those ugly thingeys hanging from their necks" are called waddles (or waddle for singular). If we're going to critique, lets at least get the name of the "ugly thingeys" right, okay? :)
