hmm. the giant parents' grave stone towering over the little baby grave stone. it's kind-of sad, in the not-so-obvious way. very interesting pic.

Very very odd to see tombs with your name on them....I don't know very much about my family but loved my father who was a very interesting Schermerhorn. Perhaps I can connect with someone who knows more about my geneaology?

Very weird indeed, I thought my last name was uncommon until my dad told me about New York (where he was born and raised) I'm proud to be a Schermerhorn!
