I love the last photograph. It actually made my day. thank you.
wow, look at all those milk crates. it is so cool to see the pictures you take and how the images relate to sheer mass of humanity that lives in NYC. it seems that you can always see someone doing something and the effect of that many people just lingers. i live in a suburban area, right by the airport actually, and there are days when i can take a 2 hour walk and never see anyone else on the street.
I hope you get some pictures of the power outtages around NYC today. Your site is very impressive and I'm a big fan.. Do you mind if I borrow some pictures (with credits to you of course) for the webpage I'm attempting to start?
You know, I keep on coming back to Satanslaundromat...the photography is great; surprisingly good, consistently.
I like the spare medium, the reductive attitude you bring to the pictures--with no accompanying solpsistic explanation of what you ate for breakfast or what you think of the beatles--very pleasant.
next time you pass a bunch of milkcrates like that, can you pick me up about 20 or 30 of them? i need to re-organize my closet...
Shadows is still the name of a Rock and Roll musicians Apalacian Horse? Can you name the Artist! Listen to music more carefully and figure out how clever the name is. --dancer
Anyone have an exact location of those milk crates?
