After I took this first photo, two cops stopped me and asked for ID. Then they racially profiled me as unlikely to be a terrorist.

That pier is where I go fishing before work. Cool view of lower manhattan at sunrise. The cops harass a lot of the folks hanging around there. Never the people fishing though...always interested if we caught anything yet...
